About the Role

As a Urologist at the Fresno VA, you’ll provide comprehensive urologic care, including inpatient and outpatient consultations, surgeries, and treatments. You’ll work closely with a skilled team of professionals, leveraging advanced equipment to deliver high-quality care. Additionally, opportunities for teaching and research are available through our academic affiliation with the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).

Compensation and Incentives

• Starting Salary

$335,000 to $365,000 annually.

Eligible candidates may receive additional incentives.

Up to $15,000 annually based on quality and productivity metrics.

50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME)
