Required Qualifications :

• Graduate of technical school specializing in optician training. Or equivalent education / experience.
• Job-related experience.
• Within 30 days of hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 2 years of Experience as an optician.

About the Team

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
