The Judge Group is currently seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect (User Interface) with an active TS / SCI CI POLY. This position is fully onsite in McLean, VA. As a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in User Interface, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance UI systems that power modern data exchange capabilities. You’ll guide a team of full stack engineers and data specialists, driving technical excellence across architecture, development, and deployment in a cloud-first environment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of user interface components and supporting services.

Define and implement scalable UI frameworks using modern technologies such as React, , Angular, and ..

Design and maintain CI / CD pipelines to support rapid, secure, and reliable software delivery.

Optimize system performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and tuning.

Champion security best practices across UI layers, ensuring compliance with IL6+ cloud standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience.

Mentor and manage a high-performing team of full stack developers and data engineers.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software architecture, technical leadership, or similar roles.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Active TS / SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.

Proven experience architecting and deploying secure, scalable UI systems in AWS at IL6+ classification.

Expertise in building user interfaces for search, graph navigation, data exploration, and catalog management.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages : Go, Python, Java, JavaScript.

Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices and CI / CD pipeline development.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing agile teams (“two-pizza” model preferred).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
