Job descriptionInspect Finished Products : Carefully examine screen-printed items to ensure they meet our quality standards, checking for accuracy in design, color, and placement. Accurately count finished products to ensure orders are complete and ready for shipment. Assist production workers by performing additional tasks, such as supplying materials, folding products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Package products carefully and efficiently, ensuring that each item is ready for safe transport to customers. Utilize tools and equipment like hand trucks, packing tape dispensers and utility knives safely and efficiently to support quality control and packaging tasks. Record inspection results and report any defects or issues to the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure corrective actions are taken. Communicate effectively with production manager and team members to ensure a smooth workflow and maintain high-quality standards. Experience : Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or packaging roles is preferred but not required. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify even the smallest imperfections. Familiarity with basic tools and technologies, such as hand trucks and utility knives, and the ability to learn new equipment and processes. Strong verbal communication skills for effectively interacting with team members and supervisors. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require precision and focus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a commitment to quality. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not necessary.
