Market Manager

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Market Manager in Columbus, OH.

This position holds full profit and loss responsibility for 35 assigned branch locations. Qualified candidates will operational excellence through a strong focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and financial performance, and will oversee Branch, Operations, and Project Managers while traveling frequently to support and evaluate branch success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enforce and uphold company safety standards across all branches.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Partner with safety teams to promote a proactive, safety-first culture.
• Conduct audits, provide training, and drive continuous safety improvements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and site visits.
• Implement systems to measure and enhance service performance.
• Identify market opportunities and direct Regional Account Managers to increase market share and strengthen client partnerships.
• Manage branch financial performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve EBITA and RONA targets.
• Utilize KPIs to monitor performance, drive accountability, and improve efficiency.
• Guide teams in making informed sales and operational decisions to optimize results.
• Create a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven work environment.
• Mentor and develop branch leaders to enhance operational consistency and leadership capability.
• Foster teamwork and communication between branches to support company-wide goals.
