Patient Financial Counselor

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Counselor to manage the financial aspects of patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate financial aspects of patient care, including insurance verifications and payment collections

Educate patients on financial services and assist with insurance coverage discrepancies

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding financial matters and ensure compliance with financial guidelines

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

1+ year of medical billing experience preferred

Previous experience in reproductive medicine or women's health preferred

Prior experience with Athena preferred

Ability to attend training and meetings at the Lone Tree office
