RN, Resident Enrichment Nurse

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center (KCC) team as an RN, Resident Enrichment Nurse. If you have a heart for children and young adults with complex medical needs and want to make a direct impact through enrichment experiences, this is your chance to do meaningful work in a supportive environment.

A Day in the Life

As a RN, Resident Enrichment Nurse, you'll provide direct, hands-on nursing care to residents during enrichment experiences like community outings, swimming, and campus events. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage ventilators and trachs as needed, and ensure the safety, engagement, and quality of life for every resident you serve.

Schedule

20+ hours / week. Flexible days, evenings, and weekends included

• Partner with residents, families, and care teams to coordinate safe and meaningful experiences
