• Evaluate and assess patients' physical abilities to develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor physical therapy interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate coordinated patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation plans and home exercise programs. Requirements
• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
