Schedule : Friday / Saturday 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm and Sunday / Monday / Tuesday 3 : 00 pm - 11 : 30 pm

Position Summary
The LVN is responsible for completing assigned nursing-related services to each client and for linking clients to physicians and outside medical resources. They inform the clinical team about medical issues and are available for emergency medical situations. The nurse provides all services under the Program Director's or Medical Director's supervision. The nurse is responsible for assisting with medical and history screens, providing routine nursing care, and assisting the Program Director in overseeing the medical and psychiatric management of the client in coordination with the attending physician.
Primary Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Educate clients on medication management, health maintenance, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including nursing assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care and achieve program goals.

Physical Requirements
Physical demands include continual sitting, typing, and repetitive computer use for up to 8 hours a day. The position also requires frequent communication with others, including hearing and speaking clearly with individuals and groups, in person and via phone and video calls. Ability to lift 15 pounds at times. Regular local travel and operation of a motor vehicle is required. These requirements are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the job's essential functions.
