Rate of Pay : $12.00 / hr Tips

Shift : Part-time Year Round

Variable AM / PM shifts Sunday through Saturday

Weekends and holidays required

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt / Hourly

Summary

The Server provides an elevated level of service in the Hotel Lounge ensuring every guest experience reflects Sundances standards of authenticity craftsmanship and understated luxury. This role delivers warm intuitive hospitality maintains a polished presence and upholds the quality and consistency that define the Sundance brand.

Essential Functions

• Provide attentive timely and knowledgeable service to every guest.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure accuracy pacing and presentation.
• Set up and break down the lounge to maintain cleanliness and readiness.
• Monitor stock and par levels for assigned areas and communicate needs promptly.
• Engage with guests authentically anticipating needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle payments and maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
• Follow all service standards and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
