Job Description

As a Financial Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling sales through tailored financing solutions. The role is responsible for supporting the Financial Solutions Managers (FSM) in financing and sales enablement activities, partnering with Operations, assisting with pipeline management and reporting, and other activities related to achieving the goals and objectives of PANFS.

Responsibilities include :

• Assisting FSMs with pricing, credit, contracts, and operational tasks
• Structuring and sourcing financing for hardware, software, and services
• Partnering with account teams to align financial strategies with customer needs and objectives
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance and deal execution
• Assisting Operations with prebooking activities to ensure deal compliance
• Managing the deal pipeline to support revenue and booking goals
• Educating sales teams and partners on financing tools and strategies
• Supporting financing partner programs to protect margin, ARR, and RPO targets

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales / commissioned roles) is expected to be between $118000 / YR - $189000 / YR.
