PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Dispatch and Route Optimization :

Efficiently plan and dispatch shipments based on customer requirements and delivery deadlines.

Maintain constant communication with drivers and warehouse personnel to ensure real-time updates on shipment status statues.

Utilize logistics software and tracking systems to monitor the movement of shipments.

Ensure all necessary shipping documentation is accurately completed and filed.

Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, providing shipment updates, and resolving any customer concerns related to logistics.

Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
