Overview

Our client is seeking a Sage X3 Business Process & Systems Analyst to act as the key link between business teams and technical experts. This role will design and streamline processes across our food production, manufacturing, and distribution companies while supporting a multi-year Sage X3 implementation across six North American entities.

Lead Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders in procurement, production, inventory, sales, and accounting to design standardized processes.
• Configure and support Sage X3 and integrated systems (SIE, DocStar, Limble, Kyriba).
• Translate business needs into ERP specifications; coordinate integrations and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare documentation, process maps, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support change management and compliance with ITGC, SOX, and FSMA standards.
• Train and support end-users; promote adoption and continuous improvement.

Desired Skills and Experience :

Preferred : Advanced Sage X3 configuration, SQL query skills, bilingual English / Spanish.
