Job description
A company is looking for a Healthcare Business Analyst II specializing in Claims / Billing with Excel proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed claims research and data analysis to uncover trends and insights
Collaborate with the Quality Performance Advisor (QPA) team and provider partners to interpret findings
Identify opportunities to enhance the impact of data on quality performance measures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
Experience with claims, billing, or claim codes
Proficiency in Excel
Preferred knowledge of healthcare quality measures, HEDIS, and SQL
