Traveling Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Traveling Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects. This position involves managing various aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to final inspection documentation, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment ordering with the supply chain.
• Coordinate equipment delivery with the farm manager.
• Manage contractor equipment installation.
• Participate in pre-construction planning.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to the supervisor throughout the project.
• Execute daily management of subcontract electricians and equipment installers.
• Ensure appropriate materials are available at the project site in a timely manner to meet project deadlines.
• Resolve shipping schedules and conflicts with the supply chain manager.
• Perform and complete final inspection documentation.
• Provide communication with capital planning and construction manager.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sleepy Eye, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00 / hr.
