About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic, data-savvy leader to own our global affiliate marketing strategy. You’ll drive growth through smart partnerships, performance insights, and creative execution, working closely with GMs, marketing, and product teams to align efforts across regions.

You'll build high-impact relationships with affiliates and KOLs, equip them with the tools they need to succeed, and continuously optimize for ROI using data.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the dynamics of affiliate and KOL ecosystems, and brings a sharp eye for growth opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategy Development : Develop and execute a global affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition strategy, revenue. Stay updated on affiliate industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the affiliate marketing space.

Performance Monitoring : Analyze affiliate performance, track KPIs, and ensure all regional and global affiliate BD teams meet or exceed targets.

Creative Assets : lead to collaboration with marketing teams and LM teams to provide affiliates with necessary creative assets and promotional materials.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support and guidance to help them succeed.

Data Analysis and Reporting : Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimize affiliate campaigns. Prepare regular reports for management on the performance of the affiliate marketing program.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with other regional teams such as GMs, CEO, and product development to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.

Continuous Improvement : Continuously seek ways to improve the affiliate program's efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI.

What We Look For In You

5-10 years of experience in a similar managerial role with a focus on KOL growth, affiliate market, KOL relations.

Strong understanding of the landscape in affiliate or crypto growth is better.

Experience from exchanges, Tiktok, crypto is preferred.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
