Supervisor responsibilities include managing workflow, training and developing employees, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance, resolving conflicts, and communicating between employees and upper management. They lead a team, set goals, provide guidance, ensure quality work, maintain records, and enforce company policies while also supporting career growth and fostering a positive work environment.
What you'll be doing :
- Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
- Provide assistance with personal care.
- Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
- Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
- Properly manage household needs.
- Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
- Training and mentoring CNAs, developing and managing their schedules, ensuring adherence to care plans and agency policies, documenting staff performance, and handling supplies and equipment.
- They also provide direct resident care, assist with staff development, and report to higher-level management.
- Involved with management meeting and provide client feedback based on assessments.
What we're looking for :
Certified Nursing AssistantPrevious experience caregiving for clients in homes or senior communities is a bonus.Pass a Live Scan fingerprint criminal background check, which is required before starting your training.Valid California Home Care Aide registrationHave updated immunization records and be in good physical health, as confirmed by a physical exam or TB test. COVID vaccine (or exemption and negative result)FT hours available from 8 am until 10 pm. Must be flexible based on business needs, including weekends.Available to travel and work in Alameda and Trivalley locations and monthly stipend included.Able to provide Caregiver Training and conduct Supervisory VisitationsA passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.Access to reliable transportation. English Proficiency : Be able to read, speak, and write in English.Experience with RCEB is a plus!Compensation : $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
