Data Center Construction Manager

We are hiring 4 Data Center Construction Managers to support critical facility construction projects in Conover, NC. They will handle specific aspects of managing a data center construction project and this will include providing leadership to contractors and vendors associated with the delivery of company's projects.

1) Manager- Data Center Delivery- vertical construction of massive, high-capacity data center. deep understanding of critical infrastructure like electrical and mechanical systems. ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to the hyperscale company's specific standards.

2) Safety Manager

• managing safety policies and regulatory compliance for General Contractors

3) Energy Manager

• power / electrical safety

4) Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing (MEP)

• oversees the planning, design, and installation of a building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years related experience
• Construction Management experience managing large scale capital projects.
• Data Center Construction Management experience working for a hyperscale provider (META, Google, Microsoft, AWS).

Compensation : $40-80hour

Exact compensation will vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
