Job description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

Guide a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in Apex, LWC, triggers, and integrations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Oversee code reviews, enforce quality standards, and manage CI / CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce platform and integrations.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect) preferred; strong leadership and communication skills required.
