Grafana Dashboard Programmer (No C2C)

• This role is remote but requires an onsite interview at any of these locations : Plano, Tx, Irving, Tx, Richardson, Tx, Buffalo Grove, IL, Philadelphia, PA, or Hartford, CT.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in system observability and dashboard creation, with a strong understanding of metrics and monitoring best practices.
• Proficiency in Grafana for dashboard creation and visualization; Experience with Prometheus and PromQL for metrics collection and querying.
• Familiarity with business metrics and the ability to translate business requirements into effective dashboard solutions.
• Experience with Dash and Posit for creating interactive dashboards is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Services and their associated metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using Python, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
