Job description

Job Title : Phlebotomist I

Location : Homestead, FL 33033

Duration : 3 months+

Shift : Mon - Fri 6 : 30 am - 3 : 30 pm including Saturdays 7 : 00 am - 11 : 00 am

Job Summary :

As a PSR I, you'll be the face of the company-drawing blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring a safe, professional, and patient-friendly environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Collect and process blood specimens (clinical & forensic).
  • Interact with patients with professionalism and care.
  • Follow safety and confidentiality protocols.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required).
  • Phlebotomy certification (Preferred; required in CA, NV, WA).
  • 6+ months phlebotomy experience (Required); 1+ year preferred.
  • Strong phlebotomy skills (pediatric & geriatric).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

  • Must have reliable personal transportation (no bus / Uber).
  • Must live within 20-25 minutes of Boynton Beach.
  • Commute time and home city must be listed on resume.
  • Punctuality and attendance are strictly enforced.
