We are partnered with a reputable civil engineering firm located in Charlotte, NC. They are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Project Manager to join their team, bringing a strong background in civil site design, particularly with water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure. If you have excellent communication skills and experience working with residential clients, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations.
This will involve :
- Coordinating with clients, visiting job sites, and collaborating with consultants
- Developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Supervising engineers and technicians
- Tracking projects using accounting software
