Sales and Marketing Intern

We aim to provide our interns with a comprehensive medical device commercial experience within Boston Scientific's Endoscopy division. The commercial landscape within Boston Scientific is rapidly evolving as our markets become more complex and as we focus on a broader set of customers and stakeholders including physicians, hospital administrators, payers, and patients. Our interns will gain valuable exposure across multiple commercial functions where you will work with sales and marketing to provide value to the product portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Work in Sales and Marketing in the Endoscopy Division across a variety of areas that could include Sales Training, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Strategy, Professional Education, and Field Sales
- Work closely with a Manager to contribute to a meaningful cross-functional project
- Be partnered with a mentor, aside from your manager
- Be considered and evaluated for a full-time offer following your internship
Examples of meaningful work completed by a Sales and Marketing Undergrad Intern include :
Contribute to the development of a commercialization plan by assisting with dynamic market models to assess the financial impact of strategic options, formulating segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, and pricing strategies, and exploring new services and solutions for recommendationAssist with a new product market assessment, using unique customer insights and direct and indirect interactions, to understand and influence future technology opportunities, physician behaviors, and key product selection criteriaParticipate in hospital visits and sales training evaluationsLearn about our sales process and develop clinical selling skills by synthesizing key information to understand innovative product lifecycle managementRequired qualifications :
Must graduate in Spring 2027Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Public Health, Biology, or SalesMust have at least one semester of school left post-internshipMust be able to commit to one of the following full internship program periods : May 18th August 7th OR May 26th August 14thMust be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorizationMust have reliable transportation to and from the Marlborough, MA Boston Scientific Corporate locationExperience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelExperience working in a team environment in a professional or school settingPreferred qualifications :
