Traveling Home Equity Specialist

As our Traveling Home Equity Specialist, you will :

• Travel to assigned branch locations to conduct in-person Home Equity loan closings with borrowers.
• Review and explain loan documents to ensure borrower understanding and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain professional, friendly, and informative interaction with members during the loan closing process.
• Accept and complete Home Equity loan applications in person when needed.
• Learn and utilize the Home Equity processing system to assist in loan tracking and workflow management.
• Prepare and assemble Home Equity loan closing packages when necessary.
• Ensure all documents are properly signed, notarized, and completed before disbursement.
• Collaborate with loan processors, underwriters, and loan managers to ensure smooth and timely closings.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to real estate lending and consumer protection.
• Provide backup support to the Real Estate Team as needed.

M-F 9 : 00AM-5 : 30PM (occasionally 6pm) Rotating Saturday 9 : 00AM-1 : 00PM
