Role – Insurance Coverage Associate Analyze insurance policies and advise on complex coverage issues Draft detailed coverage opinions Defend carriers in bad faith and declaratory relief actions Manage caseload with partner support Handle depositions, discovery, strategy, and motions ?? Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree Admission to the State Bar 3+ Years Insurance Coverage Billable Hours = 1900 - flexible options available ?? Benefits ??
