• Support advisors in crafting personalized investment strategies aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation : liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Strategic Consulting & Innovation : conduct strategic assessments to define future-state architecture and digital advisory platforms.
• Contribute to initiatives like AI-driven personalization, virtual assistants, and smart client onboarding apps.
• Project Management & Delivery : manage or support multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Identify interdependencies and risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Compliance & Risk Management : ensure solutions comply with financial regulations and internal policies; collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address suitability and risk issues.
• Stakeholder Engagement : build strong relationships with clients, advisors, and internal teams; present findings and recommendations through reports and presentations.
