Project Manager

Join us as a Project Manager and become the trusted partner leading our clients through their vital implementation journey. You'll manage diverse functions, with the ultimate goal of achieving superior client satisfaction and delivering an end product that reflects your high standards for quality.

What you'll do :

  • Manage small to mid-sized projects
  • Support the Implementation Specialists on the team
  • Potentially own Implementations work distribution, process improvement and delivery
  • Provide project updates to executives
  • Lead client and software partner implementations
  • Provide client and partner facing recommendations for best integration solutions
  • Develop a broad and deep knowledge of the product set as well as back-end capabilities
  • Meet with new and existing clients to complete more complex implementations
  • Participate in solution definition with IT leads and external partners
  • Work with sales team throughout client information collection process
  • Work with platform tools to complete partner setup, build webpages and perform testing
  • Own test results to ensure issues are resolved prior to going live
  • Complete change requests forms on behalf of clients and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure proper awareness
  • Manage special projects or other assignments as defined by leadership team

What we need from you :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Process improvement and / or people management experience
  • 2+ years' technical implementations experience (SaaS Implementations preferred)
  • 1+ years client facing implementations with strong interaction skills
  • Experience with software partner integrations or payments experience highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in case management for managing workflow, status reporting and client ticketing
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Scrum, and / or project management tools.
  • PMP, CAPM and / or Agile certification preferred
  • Travel : 15%

    Salary Range : $60,000- $85,000

    Pay within this range varies by work location and on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We look forward to discussing your salary expectations and our full total rewards offerings throughout the interview process.
