Product Surveillance Analyst

A company is looking for a Product Surveillance Analyst located in St. Paul, MN.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product experience investigations and activities related to product experiences

Evaluate returned products, coordinate testing, and prepare technical reports

Maintain accurate product experience records and assess the need for regulatory reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences required; recent graduates are welcome to apply

0.5-3 years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry

Experience in an academic laboratory setting within microbiology, chemistry, biochemistry, or molecular biology

Ability to support QA, complaints, investigations, or quality-related documentation

Familiarity with regulatory agency requirements and inspections
