Job Summary :

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver quality nursing care based on established policies and protocols within our healthcare organization. Your role includes collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to evaluate and implement tailored care plans designed to improve the health and well-being of each patient.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using medical-surgical best practices to enhance patient quality of life.
• Foster trusting relationships with patients and families to create individualized care plans.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care tailored to patient needs.
• Consider all dimensions of health—including physical, cultural, and emotional aspects—when managing patient care.
• Lead effective communication among patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure collaborative care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and comfort strategies.
• Serve as a mentor, promoting professional growth within the nursing community.
• Apply evidence-based practices to your nursing methods, ensuring age-specific care delivery.
• Maintain a safe healing environment, vigilance, and alertness during your shifts.
