The Company is in search of a Vice President for Global Compensation and Mobility. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of global compensation strategies that align with business objectives and support talent management. This includes the development and execution of sales incentive plans, overseeing global mobility programs, and ensuring competitive and fair compensation practices across all markets. The role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in global compensation design, sales incentive planning, and experience in managing international compensation structures. The VP will also be tasked with driving strategic initiatives that impact the global workforce and will be expected to have strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in HRIS systems and Excel.
Applicants for the VP, Global Compensation and Mobility role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive compensation experience, with at least 5 years' in senior leadership positions. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
