We are looking for an experienced Attorney / Lawyer to join our team in Las Vegas, Arizona. Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in business litigation and construction defect cases, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.
• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Collaborate with colleagues in developing case strategies and sharing expertise.
• Manage discovery processes, including collecting, reviewing, and presenting evidence.
• Provide legal counsel to clients, explaining case developments and options.
• Prepare for and participate in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and apply them to ongoing cases.
• Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards in your practice.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in business litigation and construction defect cases.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Arizona.
• Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Strong skills in legal research and analysis.
• Experience managing discovery processes and evidence review.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in legal practice.
