We’re hiring a Business Development Manager who knows how to open doors. Your mission is to identify and engage decision-makers in high-value accounts — commercial property managers, developers, HOA boards, and general contractors — and create new revenue opportunities for our team to close.
This is not a “wait for leads” role. We’re looking for a connector, relationship builder, and construction-savvy strategist who thrives on making things happen.
Key Responsibilities :

- \tIdentify and engage prospective clients across commercial, multifamily, and high-end residential markets

\tBook qualified meetings and introduce Cre8’s capabilities to new accounts\t
\tBuild relationships with key decision-makers (HOAs, GCs, PMs, Developers)\t
\tCollaborate with estimating and operations teams to deliver strong proposals\t
\tAttend networking events, industry conferences, and trade association meetings\t
\tMaintain CRM tracking and report weekly activity & pipeline updates\t
\tHelp refine and expand our go-to-market strategy alongside the leadership teamQualifications : \t
\t3–7 years of experience in business development or relationship-based sales\t
\tStrong existing network in Austin’s construction, commercial real estate, or HOA markets\t
\tFamiliarity with construction services, exterior repairs, or restoration a major plus\t
\tExceptional communication and relationship-building skills\t
\tOrganized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently\t
