The Prescribing Nurse Practitioner plays a key role in providing accessible and convenient care for our members. The Nurse Practitioner works in partnership with physicians to diagnose, manage and provide medication management and outpatient treatment via Telehealth in the areas of obesity, HTN / HLD, CHF / COPD and diabetes. In addition to Monday-Friday hours, this role may include coverage of critical response outreach shift responsibilities in the evenings, mornings and / or weekends.
