We are seeking an Automation Tester to join our team.

This role will involve designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks to ensure software quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have experience in automation testing using Java and database testing with SQL , along with a passion for delivering high-performing and defect-free software solutions.

Job Description :

Trilyon, Inc. is looking for a skilled Automation Tester with hands-on expertise in Java-based automation frameworks and database testing using SQL . The Automation Tester will play a critical role in validating application functionality, performance, and data accuracy through both automated and manual testing processes.

As an Automation Tester , you will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to ensure seamless integration and defect-free product releases. The successful Automation Tester will also take part in building reusable test scripts, executing regression suites, and maintaining testing documentation aligned with agile project cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and TestNG / JUnit frameworks .

Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing for enterprise applications.

Perform database testing using SQL to validate data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify defects, analyze root causes, and ensure timely resolutions.

Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines for continuous testing.

Prepare test data, create test scenarios, and execute automated scripts across multiple environments.

Document and track defects in test management tools and generate detailed test execution reports.

Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies to align testing deliverables with project timelines.

Ensure testing standards, best practices, and automation frameworks are consistently applied across all projects.

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in Automation Testing .

Strong programming skills in Java for test automation.

Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver , TestNG , or similar testing frameworks.

Hands-on experience with SQL and database validation .

Experience in developing reusable test automation frameworks.

Familiarity with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills in an agile environment.
