The Company is in search of a visionary Vice President of Product & Innovation to lead the charge in redefining the future of healthcare through advanced technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the enterprise-wide AI and product innovation roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategy and growth goals. This role demands a leader who can act as the voice of the customer and market, identifying and prioritizing high-impact AI and digital health opportunities that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. The Vice President will also be a key strategic advisor to executive leadership, overseeing the full lifecycle of AI and digital products, from ideation to launch, and will be instrumental in defining pricing strategies, revenue models, and P&L performance for AI-enabled offerings. Candidates for this position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 12 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or health tech, with a proven track record in AI, product management, or innovation leadership. The role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with FDA, HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks for digital and AI technologies. The Vice President will be expected to build and lead cross-functional teams, foster a culture of customer success, and integrate patient and provider feedback into product design. Additionally, the role involves expanding the company's innovation ecosystem through strategic partnerships and representing the organization at industry events to showcase thought leadership in AI and healthcare innovation.
