Job description

A growing healthcare network in New York City is actively seeking a licensed Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a promising opportunity at one of their practices in Queens.

About the Opportunity

Schedule : Monday to Friday
Hours : 9am to 5pm or 4 days
Setting : Outpatient
Patient Volume : 12-15 patients per day
EMR : eClinicalworks

Responsibilities :

Conducting routine physical examinations and health assessments for adult patient population

Providing preventive care, including immunizations and screenings

Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications :

1+ years of applicable experience, will train the right candidate

Bachelor's Degree

One of the following NYS licensures : FNP, ANP, and / or PA

Bilingual (English and Bengali)

Solid assessment, clinical and documentation skills

Patient oriented

Great interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong attention to detail

Highly organized

Desired Skills :

Medicare / Medicaid Prescriber certification
