Job descriptionSpray guns, resin pumps, ovens, conveyors, mixers Cranes, hoists, forklifts, CNC molds, inspection tools Full benefits start after 30 days (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.) Long-term, full-time work Safe, clean, and organized 122,000 sq. ft. facility Solid mechanical maintenance experience in a factory setting Able to work around fiberglass, moving machines, and tools Team player with a good attitude Able to pass respirator test (limited use)

3rd Shift Maintenance Technicians - 2 Openings
Location : Goshen, IN 46526
Shifts : Sunday - Thursday, 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM
Hours : Steady 40 hrs / wk.
Pay : $30–$37 / hr. + $3 / hr shift premium
What You'll Do
- Keep machines running on a clean, fiberglass production line
- Focus on preventive maintenance – this is a heavy mechanical job
- Occasional electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic troubleshooting
- Must pass a respirator fit test (used occasionally in spray booth)
- Some facial hair is OK – just not a full beard
