Job description

Location : Essex County (Hillside, East Orange, West Orange, and Springfield)

Are you passionate about helping children with autism and developmental disabilities? Join Owen Health Care as a Behavior Technician in Essex County and surrounding areas. We are hiring immediately for part-time and full-time positions.

What You'll Do

  • Work 1 : 1 with children and adolescents in home and community settings
  • Implement individualized behavior support plans created by our licensed clinicians
  • Track progress, encourage growth, and provide a safe, positive environment
  • Collaborate with families and supervisors to support success

    • What You'll Need

  • High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, social work, or education a plus)
  • Reliable transportation to client homes and / or clinic, based on client needs
  • Patience, adaptability, and passion for working with children
  • Ability to pass background checks and required clearances (TB test and physical are required)
