Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national strategy to acquire and grow relationships with mid-corporate and corporate technology clients.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for client portfolios, engaging with C-suite executives to deliver strategic financial solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the technology sector, leveraging industry insights to enhance client engagement and brand presence.
  • Originate new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients, driving revenue and portfolio growth.
  • Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of credit facilities and banking solutions, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with credit teams to underwrite and monitor transactions, ensuring sound credit quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with internal product teams to deliver integrated solutions across treasury, lending, and investment banking services.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and maintain high engagement levels to ensure satisfaction and identify evolving needs.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture within the banking team.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies, legal documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience : 8-10 years in corporate or commercial banking with a proven track record of relationship management and portfolio growth.
  • Leadership : Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering a high-performing, inclusive environment.
  • Skills : Strong expertise in corporate finance, credit analysis, and strategic advisory.
  • Training

  • FINRA 6, 63 and 79 required within xx days
  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
