A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for International Expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in designing and implementing software solutions

Oversee engineering efforts on the e-commerce platform, focusing on scalability and international expansion

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement international capabilities

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in managing and scaling distributed, cloud-native systems

Hands-on experience collaborating with machine learning teams

Strong understanding of relational database systems (MySQL or PostgreSQL preferred)
