We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team at The Californian in Pasadena, California. As a CNA at The Californian, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.

Responsibilities :

Assist patients and residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitor and report changes in patient / resident condition to nursing staff

Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Assist with transfers, lifts, and ambulations as needed

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents

Requirements :

Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of California

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
