About the Role

Chateau Health & Wellness is seeking a Program Staff Director to lead and oversee our residential treatment program’s therapeutic milieu and client life services. This role is central to ensuring a safe, structured, and healing environment for our clients while also building, training, and supervising a dedicated team of Program Staff.

The Program Staff Director works closely with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to align daily programming with clinical goals, support client progress, and ensure program excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring vision, collaboration, and a passion for working in behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership, training, and supervision for all Program Staff.

Oversee the therapeutic milieu, ensuring a safe and supportive client environment 24 / 7.

Partner with the Clinical Director to integrate programming with therapeutic objectives.

Implement and uphold policies, procedures, and staff development initiatives.

Support intake, orientation, and address client issues as they come up.

Manage departmental budget and staffing needs.

Actively contribute to organizational growth, quality improvement, and program development.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of administrative and supervisory experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or residential treatment.

Administrative, supervisory, and training experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of human development, behavior management, and therapeutic practices.

Demonstrated success in staff leadership, training, and growth.

Ability to lead with integrity, adaptability, and a client-centered approach.
