We are now hiring for a Customer Service Associate to manage the warehouse and front deskat our Waverly, NE location. This position is being offered as full-time with benefits.

Essential duties :

• Provide a high level of customer service by addressing patrons, customers, farmers, and employees in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner. Answer telephone promptly and direct calls as needed.
• Maintain, order, stock, and display retail store, feed and warehouse inventories. Perform physical inventory counts on a regular basis.
• Assisting customers with specialized feed, grain, seed, fertilizer, chemical, services, retail orders, and in-store purchases. Assist customers with loading / unloading products purchased from warehouse and retail store areas.
• Invoicing, data entry, accounts receivable, complete and maintain inventory transfers between locations when needed, manage petty cash, perform basic billing, banking and postal transactions, receive and allocate payments to customer accounts. Perform accounting clerk duties as needed.
