Deliver world-class results : Source, engage, and close top-tier talent across your portfolio, turning founders into long-term partners and advocates.

Build your brand : Become the go-to recruiter in your domain, then scale your own “special ops” team beneath you to multiply impact and build a high-performing practice.

Who You Are

Proven $1M+ producer or founding recruiter with a history of success in fast-paced, venture-backed environments.

Deep experience hiring for Engineering or GTM teams at top startups.
