Seeking a PMO Lead to manage and oversee service desk related project management activities in compliance with contract requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and monitor project status, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and industry best practices.
- Provide leadership and support to project management teams.
- Communicate project progress with stakeholders and address concerns.
- Implement process improvements for project efficiency.
- Manage resources effectively.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Prepare regular project reports and presentations.
- Ensure contract compliance in all activities.
