Responsibilities :
- Process and review payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle payment requests and investigate discrepancies.
- Perform reconciliations and address escalated payroll issues promptly.
- Maintain and update payroll data, employee timesheets, and records.
- Participate in payroll-related meetings and provide valuable insights for process improvements.
- Resolve employee payroll concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Train both new and existing staff on payroll procedures and systems.
- Research payroll information within and ensure compliance with payroll laws.
- Recommend updates to payroll processes to align with current regulations and best practices.
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience.
- Proficiency in payroll systems.
- Strong knowledge of payroll taxes and special payroll deductions.
- Experience with reconciling payroll data and resolving discrepancies.
- Ability to handle escalated payroll issues with professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and compliance standards.
