Overview :

The Wholesale Operations Analyst – B2B is a critical partner in ensuring the smooth operation of wholesale, licensing, and B2B programs. This role manages trackers, systems, and operational processes while acting as a key liaison between Merchandising, Sales, and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate across teams to support both strategic and day-to-day initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update the B2B Tracker daily, ensuring all wholesale, corporate custom, and licensing requests are tracked accurately.
  • Support and train team members on B2B processes to ensure coverage and continuity.
  • Own the setup and maintenance of all wholesale styles in Centric, including exclusives, collaborations, and custom programs.
  • Provide operational oversight for special projects and key wholesale accounts.
  • Manage operational execution for collaboration and licensing programs, coordinating with internal and external partners.
  • Ensure seamless delivery and communication for special initiatives and projects.
  • Execute price events for wholesale accounts, collaborations, and special projects, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Maintain and clean up Centric data for wholesale programs each season to ensure system accuracy and accessibility.
  • Analyze wholesale Sell-In and Sell-Out data and compile insights for future planning.
  • Build visual reports to communicate trends, top programs, and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Merchandising to develop suggested assortments for accounts and projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between Merchandising, Sales, and wholesale teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Coordinate seasonal wholesale sample requests, working with Sales and Merchandising to fulfill needs.
  • Act as a key operational partner across Merchandising, Sales, Licensing, and external collaborators to ensure smooth execution of programs and initiatives.

What You Bring :

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Centric or similar PLM systems preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to act as a cross-functional liaison.
  • Background in wholesale operations, merchandising, or licensing is a plus.
