Your Role :
As an electrical and instrumentation specialist, you will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production facility's electrical and instrumentation equipment. Your expertise will help us maintain optimum operations and minimize downtime. You'll find your day-to-day responsibilities both challenging and rewarding :
- Inspect, test, adjust, calibrate, and repair electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems.
- Monitor meters, indicators, and gauges to identify any abnormal fluctuations.
- Utilize your functional knowledge of operations software and hardware for effective maintenance.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections on all control instrumentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical failures with ease.
- Complete work order cycles while documenting performance and equipment history.
- Diagnose and address existing or potential issues with plant electrical equipment.
- Engage in cleaning, lubrication, calibration, and adjustment of equipment as needed.
- Lay out, install, and put electrical equipment into operation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by performing housekeeping duties as required.
- If skilled in multi-craft maintenance, your additional talents will be highly valued.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.Proven track record in maximizing production efficiency while minimizing equipment downtime.Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and necessary work with Programmable Logic Controllers, Servo, and Frequency Drives.A professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.Commitment to promoting a safe workplace by adhering to all safety protocols.Willingness to maintain good housekeeping in the facility.Availability to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.What We Offer :
