This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Patients per day : 21

Practice Setting : Federally Qualified Health Center

State Licensure : Washington

Credentialing Timeframe : 3 weeks
