Job Description Power Washer / General Maintenance Worker

Primary Purpose : Under general supervision : perform power washing, general maintenance, and repair of building structures.

Qualifications : Education / Certification :

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • May be required to successfully complete job ability testing.

Special Knowledge / Skills :

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Knowledge of basic construction and routine maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively. (verbally)
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools.
  • Ability to work independently.

    • Knowledge using computers or iPads Experience :

  • One year experience in general building maintenance.
